Stand Up Paddling Tidal Cruise

Your SUP tidal cruise begins on the sandy shores of Instow beach where you'll talk through of the basics of stand up paddling and some essential safety points with your professional guide.

Then it's off to the waters!

You'll cruise with the tide following the Torrige river taking in the beautiful views and wildlife you spot along the way.

After an hour or so, you'll begin to cruise back in the direction you came from when the tide.

This is the perfect opportunity to appreciate the scenery across the other side of the river towards Appledore quay before you finish up where you started at Instow Beach.

This is a great way for anyone to get some exercise and learn a new skill all whilst enjoying the stunning scenes that North Devon has to offer.
