Your questions, answered:
When do I get my tokens?
Tokens from a purchase process at midnight on the day after your admission date. You'll see all purchases in your Points history, and anything with a future admission date will show Tokens as Pending.
Do my tokens expire?
Nope! You'll never lose your spot in your LoveRewards journey.
When do my seasonal rewards come?
A �10 reward will be emailed to you once every three months from the time of your eighth purchase. These rewards are annual, so every season you have another reason to book your next adventure!
Do my rewards vouchers expire?
Your issued rewards expire 90 days after they've been sent. If you can't book something in time, you can pass the code to someone else! Whoever is using it can just pop it into the promo code field at checkout. Your free day out* credit, however, does not expire for 365 days. That gives you up to an entire year to plan your perfect day out.
How do I claim my free day out*?
When you earn your 12th token, we'll automatically notify you and add a credit to your account for the average amount of your total spend. No need to claim to receive - your rewards come straight to you. As soon as you start booking your next day out, you'll see the option to apply your reward when you checkout.
