How to find us
By foot:
The Cathedral is an 10 min walk from Derby Bus Station on Cathedral Green, part of the historic Cathedral Quarter. It is a 24 min walk from Derby train station.
By car:
Simply follow the brown signs for the Cathedral Quarter in the city. Off-site parking is available at various city centre car parks.
Disabled parking can be found at the West of the Cathedral; however spaces are limited and cannot be guaranteed.
By bus:
There are frequent and regular bus services into the Derby city centre, operated by Trent Barton and Arriva. Derby bus station is a 10 min walk away along the River Derwent directly to the Museum of Making.
By train:
Derby is well connected to many other towns and cities by rail. There are regular services to London with the journey taking approx. 1.5 hours.
The distance from Derby train station to Derby Cathedral is approx. 25 minutes or a six minutes drive.
By bike:
The nearby Museum of Making is on cycle routes 6, 54 and 68, part of the Derby City Cycle Map. Bicycle parking is available in the Cathedral car park on St Michael’s Lane.

Seats within each band (AA, A, B & C) are allocated on a first come, first served basis.
