  • Parking nearby

Due to the nature of the terrain and activity, Adventure Activities Wales are currently not wheelchair accessible.

Adventure Activities Wales have various age restrictions and recommendations for different activities. To check whether an individual is eligible for the activity, please check the specific product page.

  • All under 18's must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
  • The team believe that age is not as relevant as ability. There are plenty of young children that are more capable than some adults, but they provide an age guidance as a generic guideline for visitors to use.

Whilst Adventure Activities Wales doesn't have an onsite eatery, there are plenty of bars and restaurants in the local area that provide a range of hot and cold food and drinks.

On all full day/extended day bookings it is essential that you bring lunch and a drink with you. For full day single activities, light lunches with big breakfasts and evening meals either side of the day's activity are recommended.

You don’t want to be caught out on an energy low, but neither do you want a very filling meal requiring a long digesting time. For multi-activities you may want a slightly longer lunch break between the two activities where you can feast and digest it before starting the next one.

A hot drink in a flask is also recommended for all but the warmest days, we can provide this if requested, with hot squash, chocolate, tea, coffee.

Please note: There may be a different meeting point for your chosen activity. In this instance, you’ll receive a postcode and clear directions on an activity information sheet once you have paid. This usually arrives via email within 48 hours. It will include a contact number for the base and the instructor running the activity, should you encounter any problems.
