Directed by Jeremy Herrin (Best of Enemies) and designed by Tony Award winner Bunny Christie (The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-time), writer Duncan Macmillan brings his triumphant show to London's Trafalgar Theatre!

Reprising her Olivier Award-winning role as Emma, Denise Gough plays a struggling actress who becomes drugs-and-drink driven, spinning her life into out-of-control chaos.

After landing herself in rehab with the consequences of her actions as her only friend, Emma's first step is to admit she has a problem.

But Emma's problem doesn't lie within herself; it lies with everyone else. She needs to tell her peers, family and friends the truth - but Emma is convinced that there's no such thing.

When intoxication feels like the only way to survive the modern world, how can she ever sober up?

With consistent Award wins and nominations since the debut in 2015, People Places & Things is running performances for 14 weeks, starting 3rd May!
