A crumbling coastal town, a fading comedian and a confrontation with an estranged ex-partner... years of comedy have finally unraveled around the once-famous funnyman, Billy Bash. 

Refusing to accept that his comedy career is over, Billy's humour remains frozen in the 1980s with his family-friendly double act comedian, Clifford Biddle.
