For those looking to enjoy the festival with a little extra comfort, the Red Kite Yurts glamping area offers a cosy retreat within the stunning grounds of Cardross Estate. After a full day of music and dancing, glamping provides a peaceful place to relax, recharge and enjoy a great night’s sleep.

  • Bell Tent Glamping: Beautifully furnished bell tents designed to blend festival spirit with comfort.
  • Comfort Included: Each tent features comfy beds with fresh linen, duvets and pillows, soft rugs, fairy lights and a small table.
  • Lockable Tents: All tents are lockable for peace of mind (guests should bring their own 5mm padlock).
  • Scenic Setting: Wake up to breathtaking views across Cardross Estate in the dedicated Red Kite Yurts area.
  • Weekend‑Only Experience: Glamping upgrades are available for the full festival weekend only and are not available to day ticket holders.
  • Booking Requirements: A weekend camping ticket is required in addition to the glamping upgrade. A weekend parking pass is also required if bringing a vehicle.

Back Doune the Rabbit Hole is an independent Scottish music and arts festival held at Cardross Estate, near Port of Menteith in Stirlingshire. Revived under new management in 2025, it builds on the original Doune the Rabbit Hole ethos of community, creativity, and inclusivity.

Those choosing to glamp at Back Doune the Rabbit Hole can enjoy the perfect balance of festival atmosphere and comfort. The beautifully furnished Bell Tents provide a cosy retreat at the end of each day, allowing guests to relax and recharge in style within the stunning surroundings of Cardross Estate.

What’s included with glamping?

  • Each Bell Tent is fully furnished with a groundsheet, soft circular carpet, fairy lights and a small table.
  • Comfy beds are provided, complete with fresh linen, duvets and pillows for a restful night’s sleep under the stars.
  • All tents are lockable for added peace of mind (guests should bring their own 5mm padlock).
  • The Red Kite Yurts glamping area offers beautiful views across Cardross Estate.

Who can book glamping?

  • Glamping is available as an upgrade for the full festival weekend only.
  • Guests must hold a valid weekend camping ticket in addition to their glamping upgrade.
  • Glamping upgrades are not available for day ticket holders.

Do I need a parking pass?

  • A weekend parking pass is required for anyone bringing a vehicle to site.
