Blackpool Pleasure Beach is situated on Ocean Boulevard in the South Beach area of Blackpool. Address: Ocean Boulevard, Blackpool, FY4 1EZ.

By car:

Take junction 32 off the M6 onto the M55. Follow signs for Blackpool, South Shore (via Blackpool Airport) and then follow the brown tourist signs to Pleasure Beach.

Parking at Blackpool Pleasure Beach:

Parking for Blackpool Pleasure Beach is located at:

  • North Car Park, Balmoral Road, FY4 1HR (Main Car Park)
  • East Car Park, Bond Street, FY4 1BW
  • West Car Park, Ocean Boulevard, FY4 1PL
  • North Car Park (Balmoral Road) prices from £18 on the day, online £20 guaranteed reserved space
  • East Car Park (Bond Street) prices from £15.00
  • West Car Park (Ocean Boulevard) prices from £15.00

Parking facilities for disabled guests are available at all the car parks listed. We do not have parking facilities for caravans and mobile homes.

By train:

Regular train services run to Blackpool North and direct to Blackpool Pleasure Beach’s own mainline station via Preston.

By tram:

Pleasure Beach has its own tram stop located just outside the entrance.

By air: 

Manchester and Liverpool International airports are located approximately one hour from Blackpool Pleasure Beach.

There are two different price points.

Adults tickets - aged 12 and over

Junior tickets - aged 11 and under

If your child can walk unaided and wishes to go on rides, you will need to purchase an eTicket for them. If they cannot walk, they will not be able to go on rides and will not need an eTicket.

Please note, individual ride tickets are not available – the only way to access a ride is with an eTicket.

There are 19 rides at Blackpool Pleasure Beach that children are able to ride irrespective of their height, provided they meet the following criteria:

• The child must be able to walk unaided i.e. they may not be carried.

• The child must be wearing suitable footwear.

• The child possesses an eTicket

On certain rides, if a child fails to meet the height restrictions, they are able to ride with a responsible person aged 12 years or over who also has an eTicket.

Please note, Pleasure Beach passes and Individual Ride Tickets are not available to purchase.

All tickets purchased here are day tickets, which means you have access to the park all day for your chosen date.

Once you have purchased your BPB tickets, you will receive a confirmation email with easy instructions to access and activate your e-ticket.

E-tickets are electronic tickets which are downloaded to your phone just like a boarding card, replacing Wristbands and Pleasure Beach Passes.

E-tickets gain entry to the park and allow unlimited all-day riding on all rides including Nickelodeon Land, subject to height restrictions.

The benefit for you as guests is that you will be able to bypass the Ticket Centre and directly enter the park through the main entrance to enjoy the rides, giving you more time on the park, and therefore greater value for money for your visit.

E-tickets must be booked online in advance before midnight the day before your visit to Blackpool Pleasure Beach to benefit from the pre-booking saving

Yes, you can. Before you leave please ensure you have seen an ambassador so you are able to re-enter after you leave. Please keep your eTickets as proof of purchase.

Yes, Blackpool Pleasure Beach can be traversed by wheelchair. Wheelchair hire is also available for £20 deposit and a £5 hire charge. 

Yes, Blackpool Pleasure Beach is a cashless site.

Yes, There is a range of lockers available to keep any valuables safe and secure during your visit. Lockers are located at multiple points inside and outside the park and incur a cost for hire (approximately £3-£6 depending on locker size). Please note a debit or credit card is required to hire the locker.

Many of the rides at Blackpool Pleasure Beach have height restrictions and it is worth keeping this in mind for your visit. 

Blackpool Pleasure Beach recognises that some guests require additional assistance from a service animal in order to visit Blackpool Pleasure Beach, therefore, assistance animals and guide dogs are permitted to enter the Park.

However, due to the unique environment, the following requirements apply:

  • Owners must be in control of their animal at all times.
  • The animal must remain on a non-extendable lead whilst inside the Park.
  • The animal cannot be left unattended at any time.
  • Animals are not permitted to enter a ride carriage.
  • Whilst they do not have a designated area for animals to expel waste, they require all animal owners to dispose of any waste immediately.

Blackpool Pleasure Beach reserve the right to request proof of training and to refuse access to untrained animals due to the health and safety risk they pose to both guests and staff.

Please note, due to the nature of the attraction, Blackpool Pleasure Beach has crowded spaces, secure entrances and exits, unusual lighting, noises and smells, special effects and involves interaction with a range of mechanical devices. Please bear this information in mind when planning your visit.

Blackpool Pleasure Beach is a partner of Nimbus Disability, operators of the Access Card scheme, who will now process all Essential Companion and EasyPass applications.

All applications must be completed online, at least 7 days prior to your visit. Blackpool Pleasure Beach is unable to accept any same day applications.

Nimbus Disability will individually review your supporting documentation and confirm your requirements to us via either an Access Card or Nimbus ID number.

Nimbus Disability have a robust, detailed application process, providing the opportunity to upload supporting documentation along with any information about the assistance you require in order to visit Blackpool Pleasure Beach.
