  • Atmospheric setting: Sparkling lights, seasonal music, and the warmth of an open fire create a cosy festive ambiance.
  • Santa's Grotto: Elves welcome families before introducing them to Father Christmas in his Grotto.
  • Personalised Experience: Your visit to Santa is exclusively tailored for your children! You'll have the opportunity to personalise your visit during booking.

Discover festive crafts, activities, and a treasure hunt for all ages in the Christmas Woodland, where lights, seasonal music, and the glow of an open fire create a magical atmosphere.

New this year, you can book tickets to enjoy the woodland, lights, and activities without visiting Father Christmas in his Grotto. For those choosing the Grotto experience, the Elves will welcome you before introducing you to Father Christmas himself.

Each child receives a personalised gift, selected especially for them, allowing to make this visit to Father Christmas a truly unique encounter.

Your visit is exceptionally personal. With the help of information you provide in advance, Father Christmas can tailor the meeting with your child – he will know your child’s interests or achievements, the family pets and festive traditions!

Please note: You are able to select an Afternoon ticket (1:00pm to 5:00pm departure) or an Evening ticket (6:00pm to 8:00pm departure) for your visit. You will be allocated a timeslot for your rail journey on arrival.
