About This fantasmagorical seven hour Chitty bang bang Tour is made for new and old fans of the children’s classic. Enjoy a day tour with your own private driver guide as you explore the picturesque Chilterns and Cotswolds.

Your day starts by being picked up your own private driver guide in a traditional London Black Taxi. Departing from central London (or other location by arrangement) your driver guide will first take you to the exterior of the Truly Scrumptious Sweet Factory. Get out for a nice pic before you head into the picturesque Chilterns and Cotswolds.

The next location will be the bridge used by the spies who placed dynamite underneath in an attempt to destroy Chitty. But make sure you don’t get caught by the sinister spies. You will also pass by the world famous Pinewood Studios where the production was based. Discover behind the scenes anecdotes and learn about how the movie was brought to the screen. Enjoy driving along narrow country lanes, seeing picture perfect Chilterns and Cotswold villages and scenery.

You will get to take lunch in a cosy old country pub in the Cotswolds and also explore the the pretty village that Chitty and the Potts family drove through in one scene. After lunch see where Truly got stuck in the duck pond. Also you’ll get to climb the hill to get a close up view of the home of Caractus Potts’ – the windmill.

On this tour, you’ll have opportunities to stop, take pictures and see the many places of interest visited up-close. Feel free to sing along to some of the classic songs through the day. This tour is great for both kids and adults alike.
