Combine your Buckingham Palace trip with a visit to the Royal Mews in London

Before taking in the majesty of the Buckingham Palace state rooms, why not extend your day with a visit to the Royal Mews? Here, you'll be able to see the beautiful state vehicles that have been used for coronations, state visits, royal weddings, the state opening of parliament and official engagements.

See the Gold State Coach, which has been used at every coronation from George IV onwards, as well as the vehicle of choice for Queen Elizabeth II's Golden Jubilee in 2002. You'll also get to see the Diamond Jubilee State Coach as the Mews' newest highlight. You may also be able to see some of the working royal horses!

After an hour inside the Royal Mews, make your way to the State Rooms in time for your entry slot for Buckingham Palace

  • Please note: In the booking panel for your Royal Mews + Buckingham Palace tickets, the time and date that you're selecting is for your Royal Mews entry.
