Join expert guides as they lead you through the time-honoured bean-to-bar process, revealing every stage of chocolate making inside a real working factory. You’ll see, smell, and taste the journey as it unfolds.

Is Bullion Chocolate Factory wheelchair accessible?

Yes! They have:

  • Wheelchair-accessible entrance and circulation space
  • Ramp access and level areas throughout the tour
  • Seating available during experiences

The Bullion Chocolate Factory Tours start in Harvest works. There are toilets within the factory, but unfortunately they currently do not have an accessible toilet. There is a ramp to access the building and there is good wheelchair circulation space throughout the tour. 

Following the factory tour, the group then head to Cutlery Works, for the second part, where the Bullion Chocolate Cafe is situated. The route is wheelchair accessible. Within this large food hall there is an accessible toilet, a variety of seating and a lift to the upper floor where visitors can find numerous delicious food outlets who cater for different dietary needs.
