The event is on a field with disabled access & disabled facilities.

  • No animals are permitted into the event arena, with the exception of registered guidance & assistance dogs

You can bring a small bag, which will be searched upon entry (small bags are classed as no larger than 35cm x 40cm x 19cm).

  • Large bags are not allowed into the event.
  • Small umbrellas are permitted.
  • You can’t bring flags or banners. Laser Pens are also not permitted.
  • Animals or pets are not permitted at the event; with the exception of registered assistance dogs.
  • You may bring suncream with you in a plastic bottle.
  • Glass Bottles / Aerosols are Banned. Roll On Deodorant is fine.
