How to find us

By Car:

  • Located at the top of Chew Hill in Chew Magna.
  • If you’re coming via the high street in Chew Magna, turn off the high street by the Co-op and continue down the road.
  • Chew Valley Animal Park are on the right hand side of the road, 800m up the hill.
  • If you are travelling from Bristol via Dundry, then you’ll need to turn off to your left at the bottom of the hill on Wells Road, where you will find Chew Valley on your left after 700m.
  • There is a free car park on site for all visitors.
  • Look out for the signs!
  • If you are travelling via Winford, take the 1st exit at the roundabout just past the Spar petrol station, and continue up Limeburn Hill for 1.5km and take the first road on your right onto Chew Hill. Chew Valley is located 700m up Chew Hill on your left!

By Bus:

  • Please check local timetables to Chew Magna or the more regular bus to Withywood in Bristol, as these are the closest bus stops.
  • Unfortunately both stops are still 1km and 3.5km away from Chew Valley Animal Park, respectively, so you will likely need further transport to reach the park.
