  • Boat: All piers are step-free and wheelchair accessible except for Cadogan, London Bridge City and Wandsworth Riverside Quarter piers. This is because the brow can become too steep, dependant on the tide, at these locations, making it unsafe for wheelchair users.
  • The closest accessible piers are: Battersea Power Station Pier across the river from Cadogan, Bankside Pier for London Bridge City, Putney or Plantation Wharf Pier for Wandsworth Riverside Quarter
  • Customer Service Assistants are here to help all customers at London Eye, Westminster, Embankment, Bankside, London Bridge, Tower, Canary Wharf, Greenwich and North Greenwich piers from 10:00-18:00.
  • City Sightseeing Bus: Most buses are wheelchair accessible (lower deck only).

  • Present your printed or e-ticket at any Uber Boat by Thames Clippers pier within all zones (between Putney and Barking Riverside)
  • Boarding is on a first-come, first-served basis (boat)
  • Boarding the bus is at dedicated (selected) time-slot
  • Please check service timetable for departure times from the piers of your choice (boat).
  • Bring your digital or printed ticket for both bus and boat.
  • Dress warmly - the open-top deck may be chilly!
  • Boat services operate along the Thames between Putney and Barking Riverside.
  • Children must be accompanied by an adult.
  • Tickets are valid only for the date selected
  • Prohibited items include hazardous materials, inflammable substances, and items over 2 meters in length
  • All sales is final
  • No refunds for late arrivals or no-shows.
  • Date and time changes may be possible, subject to availability.
  • Bus: Daily from mid-November to early January (subject to schedule). No service on Christmas Day.
  • Boat: No service on 25th and 26th December.
