Important Information:

  • Please note that children must be 4 or older to enter the Giant’s Cave
  • All children 14 or under must be accompanied by a fare-paying adult
  • The team advise all visitors to take care climbing the steep and slippery steps
  • Please advise a member of staff of any allergies or dietary requirements before receiving your prize

Is Clifton Observatory wheelchair accessible?

The café and patio is wheelchair accessible; however the rooftop terrace, Giant’s Cave and Museum are not. Additionally, the cave, accessed by 130 steep steps, is not suitable for children under 4, those with mobility issues or people who suffer from claustrophobia.
