Location: Newstead Abbey. Nottingham Rd, Ravenshead, Nottingham NG15 9HJ

  • Please follow directions for Newstead Abbey
  • Once approaching the event site, please switch off your sat nav and follow directional event signage, event stewards will also be in position to guide you on to site safely.

Parking:

  • There is limited parking available at Newstead Abbey which is operated by the council.
  • Spaces are available on a first come, first serve basis and there is a charge per car. 

Travel & Entry Info:

  • The team encourage all attendees to walk or use public transport.
  • It’s a 1.5-mile walk from Newstead Abbey gates to the festival site.
  • The nearest coach stop is Victoria Bus Station; from there, it’s a 25-minute bus ride to Newstead Abbey gates plus a 26-minute walk to the festival.
  • From Nottingham Station, take a 5-minute bus to NTU City Campus (Stop G1), then walk to Victoria Bus Station for the bus to Newstead Abbey.
  • Broadmarsh Bus Station is a 3-minute walk from Nottingham Station and follows the same route.
  • Buses 17 and 528/NOTTSBUS CONNECT run near Newstead Abbey.

Venue Access:

  • Do not be dropped off or picked up at the A60 gatehouse. Pedestrian access via the 1.5-mile drive from the gatehouse is prohibited.
  • Follow signs to the designated drop-off/pick-up area next to the event site. Pre-booked shuttle buses use this drop-off point as well.

You can bring a small bag, which will be searched upon entry (small bags are classed as no larger than 35cm x 40cm x 19cm).

  • Large bags are not allowed into the event.
  • You can bring camping chairs along with you however, these are not permitted into the Golden Circle area, which is located within the VIP Section.
  • Small umbrellas and small blankets are permitted.
  • You can’t bring flags or banners. Laser Pens are also not permitted.
  • Animals or pets are not permitted at the event; with the exception of registered assistance dogs.
  • You may bring suncream with you.
  • Glass Bottles / Aerosols are Banned. Roll On Deodorant is fine.
