What is Crate Stacking?

The primary objective is to construct a tower of crates as high as possible before it inevitably topples over. The twist is that one must stand on the tower while building it.

This adds an exciting element of balance and coordination to the task. The entire team plays a crucial role in the construction process, working collaboratively to support, lift, and stack additional crates. This teamwork is essential for the person standing on top to have a stable platform to step onto as the tower grows taller.

Craufurdland Estate, located near Kilmarnock in East Ayrshire, Scotland, has a rich history dating back to the 13th century. The estate has been home to the Crawford family for nearly 800 years

The original Craufurdland Castle was built in the 16th century and has undergone several remodels and extensions over the centuries. The property was passed to the Howiesons in 1793 and has remained in the family since!

The castle features a mix of architectural styles, including Gothic elements added during the 19th century. The estate is not just a historical site but also a hub of various activities and businesses, including farming, holiday accommodations, and outdoor activities for family days out.

The current laird, Simon Houison Craufurd, continues to manage the estate and its community initiatives!
