EBG Helicopters operate all flights from Redhill Aerodrome. Tours are operated seven days a week, subject to availability.
Passengers must bring valid photographic I.D (Legally required for flights over London)
Camera and video cameras are recommended! All the aircrafts are heated, so regardless of the time of year, you shouldn't need more than a light jumper.
Unfortunately, there are many health conditions that may prevent you from flying.
- Limited mobility
- Epilepsy
- Heart conditions
- Pregnancy
- Children under the age of six are not permitted to fly on standard tours.
- Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
The Operator has the right to refuse service to any passenger from boarding the aircraft in the following circumstances:
- Late arrival at the terminal
- Failure to provide photo ID when required
- When intoxicated
- When displaying threatening or abusive behaviour towards staff
- Any other behaviour that may compromise safety, passengers or the aircraft.
The Captain of the aircraft is in command, and his/her instructions must be obeyed at all times.
