The journey begins in the heart of St Andrews, where the Eden Mill’s branded minivan transports you to their striking new distillery on the edge of the Eden Estuary.

What’s included:

• Pick-up from the R&A Museum in St Andrews and drop-off at the Market Street store
• Guided walk-through of the distillery, including its history and production areas
• 30-minute tasting session in the heart of town
• A rare chance to see the distillery before the visitor centre opens

About your tour:

At the distillery, an expert host will guide you through the production areas, sharing the story behind the build, the distilling process, and what sets Eden Mill apart. This exclusive tour offers a rare first look inside the facility before the official opening of the visitor centre.

Following the tour, you'll be returned to the Market Street store in St Andrews for a relaxed tasting session. The experience concludes with a refreshing gin or whisky highball, followed by a guided tasting of Eden Mill’s signature gins and The Guard Bridge blended malt.
