How to find us

By car:

Find the Eden Project using Sat-Nav with the postcode: PL24 2SG 

Just outside St Austell on the south coast of mid Cornwall, Eden is well signposted from the A30 from Exeter and the A391/390 from Plymouth.

If you’re coming from outside Cornwall, take the M5 southbound to Exeter, where the motorway splits. Take the A30 and exit at the Innis Downs junction (A391), then take the signs for Eden.

Carsharing is encouraged on your visit to the Eden Project. There is free parking and electric vehicle charging points on site. 

By bus: 

Transport for Cornwall's number 28 and 31 services travel directly to the Eden Project, with connecting routes across Cornwall.

By train: 

The Eden Project is just a few miles from St Austell railway station, which is on the main line from London Paddington and is well served by buses between St Austell to Eden.

Yes, the Christmas Lights Experience at the Eden Project is wheelchair accessible. 

  • Step-Free Access: The Biomes and main paths are wheelchair accessible, including the areas transformed for the Christmas Lights Experience.
  • Accessible Toilets: These are available throughout the site, including near the entrance and within the Biomes.
  • Mobility Scooter & Wheelchair Hire: Available on request, but it's best to book in advance due to high demand during the festive season.

Is Eden Project family-friendly?

Yes, Eden Project is a great day out for visitors of all ages. Please note that children aged 0-13 must be accompanied by an adult. 

Can I buy food and drink at the Eden Project?

Yes, the Eden Project offers a wide variety of delicious food, from light snacks to hearty hot meals. 

The Eden Project caters for vegetarians, vegans, gluten-free diets and other dietary requirements. 

Is the Eden Project under cover?

Most displays are outdoors, but you can also visit the Core, a fantastic building full of interactive displays and exhibits as well as the two greenhouse Biomes. 

Remember to bring suncream in hot weather, as it is still possible to be sunburnt through the Biomes. 

Can I bring my dog to the Eden Project?

Dogs are allowed into the Outdoor Gardens at no extra charge. However, with the exception of guide dogs, dogs are not allowed inside the Biomes, children's play areas or Link Building. 

Can I refund or change my tickets for the Eden Project?

All tickets for the Eden Project are non-refundable. 

When can I use my tickets for the Eden Project?
