- The Edinburgh Gin Distillery offers step-free access directly from the pavement and is fully accessible for wheelchair users and mobility scooter users throughout the building, thanks to its lift and accessible layout.
- The guided tour involves a small amount of walking between rooms; however, additional seating can be provided in areas where standing for extended periods may be challenging.
- Tastings are held in low seating, and the bar area features a mix of high and low chairs for comfort and flexibility.

The Gin Distillery is strictly 18+ only.

For guests who prefer not to consume alcohol during their visit, the distillery offers takeaway tasting packs. These can be arranged directly with the Distillery Ambassador on the day of the experience.
