Book an epic Farm Tour & Cheese Tasting Experience at Errington Cheese!
Pull on your boots and bring your curiosity, this is where cheese dreams and countryside reality collide in the most delicious way
What to expect:
Your experience begins the best way possible…with cheese.
- On arrival, you’ll be welcomed with a tasting board of the award-winning Scottish cheeses, each one telling a story of the land, the animals, and the craft behind it
- Then, step behind the scenes. From large observation windows, you’ll watch the magic happen as their master cheesemaker or cheesemonger walks you through the cheesemaking and maturing process. It’s part science, part art, and entirely fascinating. Once your cheese curiosity is fully awakened, it’s time to head outdoors
- Wander through the farmland and into the barns to discover where it all begins, the animals. Meet the sheep, goats, and pigs, and learn how they play a vital role in producing the milk that becomes the cheese
- Depending on the season, you might even meet newborn lambs or kids, adding an extra dose of cuteness to your day
- You’ll have the chance to chat with one of the knowledgeable farmers during a relaxed Q&A session, where you can ask anything!
