Health and safety info below

Please take a moment to read the key health and safety information below.

  • Instructor & Staff - Your session is led by Mandy Clement, a certified and experienced yoga instructor. - Qualified farm staff will be on site to oversee safe goat interaction and support your experience.
  • General Yoga Safety - Goat Yoga involves light movement and mostly standing poses. Please practise within your ability and avoid anything that causes discomfort or strain. - If you have any injuries, medical conditions, or concerns that may affect your participation, please inform the instructor before the session. - Take breaks whenever needed — resting is always allowed and encouraged. - Be mindful of balance during standing poses, taking a wider stance if needed.
  • Outdoor Practice Safety - The class takes place on natural outdoor ground, which may be uneven. Move carefully and be aware of your footing, particularly when turning or transitioning between poses. - The environment may contain natural outdoor elements such as grass, soil, and small obstacles. Please take care and proceed slowly if you feel unsteady.
  • Goat Interaction Safety - The young goats are friendly and enjoy being near people. To keep everyone safe and comfortable, please be aware of the following: Goats may approach you during the session. They may nibble at clothing, shoelaces, or loose items — this is normal behaviour. Avoid loose clothing. Light nudging or leaning can occur; maintain a stable stance and move slowly around them. Avoid sudden movements that might startle the goats. Please do not feed the goats or bring food into the practice area at any time.
