Enjoy History, Mystery & Somerset’s Hidden Tales with Extours

Somerset is a county woven with mysteries — ancient abbeys, timeworn castles, quiet market towns and centuries of whispered stories that linger in every street. Extours Watchet brings these secrets to life through ghost walks that blend rich local history, immersive storytelling and light‑touch paranormal investigation.

Watchet Ghost Tour highlights:

This isn’t just a guided walk, it’s a chance to become part of the mystery. Guests are invited to use authentic ghost-hunting equipment, including:

  • EMF meters to detect electromagnetic anomalies
  • Dowsing rods to trace unseen energies
  • Spirit communication tools used in real investigations

Each tour guides visitors through Somerset’s shadowed corners and characterful lanes, revealing tales passed down through generations. From eerie folklore to overlooked fragments of the past, guests discover the stories that shaped the county — the strange, the tragic, the touching and the unexplained.
