Take centre stage in the Fan TC Con 5 Cosplay Competition

Come dressed as a favourite hero, villain or entirely original character and enter the cosplay competition for free.

  • Entry: Free for Fan TC Con 5 ticket holders
  • Entry Deadline: Complete the competition form by 11:30am
  • Under 16s: A parent or guardian must sign the entry form
  • Judging: Begins at 12:00pm at the competition assembly point
  • Mass Cosplayer Photo: Takes place at 12:30pm or directly after judging, whichever is later

Fan TC Con 5 is working with the Isle of Wight Branch of the MS Society to raise money for its work supporting people with multiple sclerosis and their carers.

How to find us

1Leisure Medina is located on Fairlee Road in Newport on the Isle of Wight, PO30 2EW.

  • By car: Use PO30 2EW for your sat nav or search for 1Leisure Medina. The leisure centre has a large car park which will be free for Fan TC Con 5 attendees.
  • By train: The Isle of Wight rail network does not serve Newport directly. The official Fan TC Con 5 website does not publish a recommended rail connection, so plan your ferry and onward bus journey before travelling.
  • By bus: Southern Vectis routes 5, 9, 59 and 63 serve stops close to 1Leisure Medina. Buses from Newport Bus Station stop almost outside the site, while the stop towards Newport town centre is across the road.
  • By foot: Follow Fairlee Road from Newport towards 1Leisure Medina. Use the pedestrian crossing when approaching from the bus stop on the opposite side of the road.
