During this hour, the arena becomes a calmer, more welcoming space as the disco lights are dimmed and the music is lowered to create a soothing atmosphere where guests can move, play and explore comfortably.

Their team takes a thoughtful, patient and fully accommodating approach, with court monitors focused on providing a gentle, reassuring presence. Every detail is shaped around creating a safe, calming and supportive environment tailored to individuals with additional needs.

SEND session details:

  • Duration: 1 hour
  • Time: 9am - 10am
  • A quick reminder: Guests are encouraged to arrive 30 minutes early to ensure smooth check‑in and a completely stress‑free start to the session

Suitable for all ages, this dedicated session runs every Saturday from 9am to 10am, all year round.

  • Supervision ratio's require 1 parent/guardian per 5 children.
Do I buy the Flip Out socks on site?

Yes, the socks are for purchase at £3 on site.
