How to find us
By car:
Freedog Bristol can be reached by Temple Gate if travelling in from the north of Bristol, or Bath Road if travelling in from the south.
From the Bath Bridge roundabout, take the exit for the A38/Bedminster, turn left onto St Luke's Road then left again onto Mead Street. Continue to the end of Mead Street where Freedog is on the right.
There is a car park at the site with 50 spaces but this can fill up quickly at peak times. Please consider using public transport or nearby alternative parking if possible.
If you enter the car park for more than 15 minutes you MUST enter your registration number on the iPads at the desk.
By bus:
Take the X39 towards Bath from Broad Quay or number 1/2/2a from The Horsefair (outside Primark) to Temple Meads. It is a five-minute walk from the Temple Meads T1 stop.
By train:
Bristol Temple Meads is on the Great Western mainline with connections to London, Bath, Gloucester, South Wales and local stations. Freedog is a five-minute walk from the station.

Can I bring my dog to Freedog Bristol?
At The Flashpoint Climbing Group we want to be as accommodating as possible
to you and your four-legged friends.
At the absolute discretion of the Duty Manager dogs may be allowed into the
centre so long as they:
- Are quiet (no persistent barking allowed)
- Do NOT go on the matting or activity areas (or belaying area)
- Dogs should not be in the way of other wall users, walkways or fire exits
- Stay on a lead and under control the whole time
- Do NOT act aggressively or cause ANY concern to other customers
- Are 100% house trained (will not cause a mess)
- Dog access is not guaranteed If the centre is very busy we may not be able
to permit your dog to enter the centre.
Please do not bring your dog to the wall if they cannot comply with the above.
Guide dogs and assistance dogs are exempt from the above rules and allowed in
all areas of the centre at any time.
Please check in with reception when you arrive if you are bringing your dog.
Can I grab food or a drink at Freedog Bristol?
Yes! A welcoming café/bar is conveniently located beside the soft play area, with views overlooking the trampolines—perfect for parents and guardians to relax while the kids burn off energy. Open daily, the café offers a tempting selection of sweet treats, snacks, handmade pizzas, and paninis to keep everyone satisfied
In need of a caffeine fix? The café proudly serves high-quality, locally roasted coffee from Wogans, along with a variety of refreshing smoothies and protein shakes to help you power through your day
Is Freedog Bristol wheelchair accessible?
Freedog Bristol is partially wheelchair accessible. There is step-free access to the reception and ground floor, and a wheelchair lift to the trampoline court.
However, the main café is not accessible to wheelchairs, though they can bring café items to the trampoline court or ground floor
