What is Green Gate?

Green Gate is the designated entrance for visitors arriving by car with a valid Galactic Skies parking ticket. It provides direct access from the event parking areas into the venue, helping visitors enjoy a smooth and straightforward arrival experience.

If you've booked event parking, Green Gate is the entrance you'll use for access to the main event site. Once inside, you'll have access to all of the entertainment, attractions, food vendors and, of course, the spectacular drone and fireworks displays.

Galactic Skies is far more than a traditional fireworks event. Combining innovative drone technology with award-winning pyrotechnics from Sonic Fireworks, former British Fireworks Champions, this incredible spectacle transforms the skies above Exeter into a dazzling display of light, colour and music.

Watch as 300 synchronised drones create giant illuminated formations above Westpoint Exeter before a breathtaking pyro-musical fireworks finale lights up the night sky.

Arrive early through Green Gate and enjoy everything the event has to offer. Take a spin on the funfair rides, sample delicious street food, enjoy refreshments from the licensed bars and soak up the electric atmosphere before the headline show begins.

Green Gate is the designated entrance for visitors who have purchased official event parking. It provides access from the parking areas directly into the Galactic Skies event site.

Do I need a parking ticket to use Green Gate?

Yes. Green Gate is only for visitors with a valid parking booking. Visitors without parking should use either Brown Gate or Yellow Gate depending on their chosen travel method.

Can I use Green Gate if I arrive by taxi?

No. Visitors arriving by taxi or private drop-off should use Brown Gate.
