Yes, due to the nature of the event, all attendee's must be aged 18+. 

ID will be required. 

What's included in tickets for the Gin and Rum Festival?

Your ticket includes:

  • Admission to all masterclasses are also free of charge
  • Free items included with tickets are only valid for attendees. These cannot be claimed on behalf of another ticket holder.
  • The free drink will vary depending on the current festivals sponsor, and thus the drink will often vary between a RTD (ready to drink) can or bottle.
  • Snack selection may change per city.
How do you claim your free drink?

Included with your ticket, attendees can claim a free drink to enjoy at home after the festival!

How to claim your free drink:

  • You will be given a wristband on entry - please keep hold of this.
  • Scan one of the QR codes displayed around the venue. This will take you to a sign-up form on the G&R website.
  • Once the sign-up form has been successfully completed, you will receive a confirmation email.
Please check your junk/spam folder if you do not receive this email within 5 minutes.
  • Before leaving the venue, visit the collection station located at the exit and present your confirmation email along with your wristband to collect your drink.

Terms & Conditions:

  • One miniature per customer only.
  • Free drinks are non-transferable and must be collected by the original attendee.
  • If you do not attend, no other member of your party may collect a drink on your behalf.
  • The free drink will vary depending on the festival’s current sponsor and may be provided as a ready-to-drink (RTD) can or bottle.
  • Free drinks cannot be collected any sooner than one hour before session closing time.
  • The free drink is available on exit only.
  • Once collected, re-entry to the festival is not permitted.
  • All attendees must complete the sign-up form to qualify for the free drink.
  • By filling out this form, you agree to be added to our mailing list. Users can unsubscribe at any time.

How do the tokens at Gin and Rum Festival work?

Tickets to the Gin & Rum Festival vary depending on venue/location, and bars operate on a token system.

  • Tokens are purchased separately and are available to buy at the token station on arrival via cash or card.
  • Each token can be exchanged for a 25ml measure of any Gin/Rum/Tequila with complementary tonic/mixer and garnish at any of the bars.
  • When you leave, any unused tokens can be used for cash value towards a bottle at the Festival Bottle Shop.
  • All drink tokens are non-refundable.
Will there be entertainment, seating and food at Gin and Rum Festivals?

The award-winning resident DJ and live entertainment keep the party going throughout the Festival, and delicious food is available for sale from our on-site venders.

  • Please note that this is not a seated event, although some venues may have some or limited seating available.
  • There is no food option for the Reading Gin & Rum Festival.
