There are four exhilarating courses to choose from at Go Ape Battersea Park: 

  • Treetop Challenge: The most exhilarating high ropes experience for adrenaline-seekers. Push yourself mentally and physically amongst the London skyline, twice the height of most Go Ape locations. Suitable for anyone over 1.4m tall and aged at least 10 years old. 
  • Treetop Challenge Xpress: The perfect course for those who are short of time but eager about thrills - get your adrenaline fix in half the time! Suitable for anyone over 1.4m tall and aged at least 10 years old.
  • Treetop Adventure: An ideal introductory course to the world of high ropes, participants will tackle tree top loops, tricky crossings and an exciting zip wire descent back down to the London ground. Suitable for anyone over 1m tall and aged between 4-6 years old.
  • Treetop Adventure Plus: Take a gentle step up from Treetop Adventure with a challenging trail through the trees, including higher platforms, longer zips and louder screams! Suitable for anyone over 1.2m tall and aged between 6-10 years old.

After getting your fill of family-friendly activities, pack a picnic or grab some lunch and explore the surrounding areas!

Enjoy a stroll amongst the parks, sit back and immerse yourself in the beauty of the Old English Garden or treat yourself to the exotic Sub Tropical Gardens. Younger adventurers have the options of three playgrounds to tucker themselves out with.

You can also hire some bikes and explore the local surroundings on two wheels, or pick up a putt and test your golfing skills.

By car:

The Park is on the south side of the Thames, between Albert Bridge and Chelsea Bridge. We are closest to Albert Bridge Gate and the car park there.

There are several Car Parks in the Park, all Pay & Display.

By Train:

Battersea Park Station: Exit Station to right along Battersea Park Road, walk 50m to traffic lights, right into Queenstown Road, walk 150m, Park is on the left.

Queenstown Road Station: Exit Station to right along Queenstown Road, walk 300m, Park is on the left.

Victoria Station: Get a train to Battersea Park Station, or catch the number 44 bus.

Footwear must be sturdy and suitable for the outdoors. No sandals, slip off shoes, open toes or heels.

Wear sensible clothes for adventure and please ensure your midriff is covered.

Gloves are a good idea. Either bring a pair or you can buy them at the cabin on the day.

Go Ape is an excellent wet weather activity! The course remains open in all weathers, except when it is icy, stormy, in high winds or during lightning.

Rain makes the course muddier than usual – which all adds to the fun! Don’t forget to dress for the weather. Sometimes, unfortunately, Go Ape might need to close the course for reasons beyond our control, if this happens you will be given a full refund.

Please ensure you arrive for your Go Ape activity 15 minutes before your session begins. 

Go Ape take pride in sharing their activities with as many people as possible.

All courses are designed to be accessible, but they do offer a degree of physical and mental challenge. This may mean additional equipment or adjustments to supervision.

In order to keep your gadgets and others safe, Go Ape asks that all phones and cameras are attached to the participant. Lanyards are available to buy from the cabin, subject to availability.

Most Go Ape sites are dog-friendly. Please check the ‘facilities’ tab to check if the site is dog-friendly.
