Take a trip through time on a family day out in Derbyshire at the Great British Car Journey

An experience for the whole family, as you're taken on an interactive journey celebrating an era when British entrepreneurs and engineers were at the forefront of a transport revolution.

The museum tells the story of a British industry, which in its heyday was a worldwide force and its products could be found in all corners of the globe.

Its heroes are the popular cars from a bygone era when for half a century, British cars did literally "rule the road". The journey takes you on a ride through time, with over 140 carefully chosen vehicles spanning the last 100 years.

The museum has been designed for all of the family to enjoy, with interactive tablets to engage the younger children, this would be a perfect rainy day activity.
