  • Saturday: Chilli Plant Competition, Curry Cook-Off and live music from The Killbillies UK and Fat Marrow Blues Band
  • Sunday: Chilli Sauce Competition, Chilli Cook-Off and live music from The Mother Ukers and Swamp Stomp String Band
  • Both days: Chilli Eating Competitions on the music stage at 4pm, live talks on growing tips, sauce-making insight, oyster talks and live cooking from food experts. There's also an abundance of family fun with bouncy castles, face painting, falconry, circus workshops, land trains and pocket money toys

How to find us

Follow official Great Dorset Chilli Festival road signs as you approach the venue

  • From Sherborne and Yeovil: Leave Sherborne heading south on the A352, and after a mile or so turn left at the top of the hill on to the A3030. Stay on this road for about 6 miles, then look -out for the car park signs.
  • From Bournemouth, Christchurch, Wimborne and Blandford: Head for Blandford, then Sturminster Newton. Stay on the A357, following signs to Sherborne. Do not cross the river in to Sturminster Newton. Keep going and following the GDCF signs. 

Do not cross the river into Sturminster Newton town centre; continue following festival signage. Free parking is available on site and cycle racks are available inside the ticket entrance.
