- Maximum weight: 120kg
- Minimum height: 1.4m

But be warned, both courses are designed for advanced thrill-seekers and require a good level of fitness and bravery.
- Minimum Age: Ages 7+. Participants aged 7-14 must be accompanied by a ticket-holding adult. One adult can supervise up to 4 children aged 7-14.
- Safety First: All guests must attend a safety briefing and follow Team Members' instructions at all times.
- Accessibility: Gripped is not suitable for non-ambulant guests. All guests must be able to walk unaided.
- Fitness Level: The high ropes courses are advanced and require a good level of fitness.
- Shoes: Wear comfortable, moveable clothing and closed-toe shoes. Secure trainers with a good grip are highly recommended. No sliders, sandals, or high heels, please!
- Clothing: No skirts allowed. Shorts or trousers only. T-shirts are acceptable.
- Gloves: Thin, protective gloves are recommended for High Ropes. Avoid thick winter gloves.
- Hair: Long hair must be tied up and secured.
- Other Belongings: No loose items allowed on any activity. Secure all belongings. Phones and valuables should not be taken on the course.
- The minimum height restriction for most Gripped activities is 1.4m, with the exclusion of the Speed Slides and Power Fan which are 1.3m, and Net Park which has no minimum height.
- The Net Park has a minimum age of 4, but children between the ages of 4 and 6 must be accompanied by a responsible adult on the Net Park at all times.
- Accompanying adults: 15 and under will need a ticket-holding adult to participate with them on the Zip Trek and High Ropes, and a supervising adult present (no ticket needed) for the Speed Slides, Bag Jump and Power Fan. 1 adult can accompany up to 4 children age 15 and under.
- If you are over 15 but under 18 you will still need to have an adult present onsite over 18+.
