Tour through time
The Gin Distillery Tour offers guests the chance to step behind the scenes and explore the fascinating journey from botanical to bottle. During this 90-minute guided experience, visitors can discover the history of the castle and the distillery while learning how premium gin is carefully crafted on site. The tour includes access to the sensory botanical room, where guests can explore a variety of herbs, spices and botanicals used to create the distillery’s signature flavours. Along the way, guests can enjoy a welcome gin and mixer, a tutored gin tasting and a final drink in the Gin Bar to round off the experience in style.
Be the distiller
For those wanting a more hands-on adventure, the Gin Making Experience allows guests to become distillers for the day. After a guided tour and tasting session, guests will use their own mini copper still to create a bespoke 70cl bottle of gin using a carefully selected range of botanicals. With guidance from the expert distillery team, each recipe can be personalised to suit individual tastes, making every bottle completely unique. Once distilled, bottled and labelled, guests can take their creation home - the perfect souvenir from an unforgettable day inside one of Wales’ most unique distilleries.
