The flat surface of the path makes this an ideal spot for those with buggies or wheelchairs. 

You can gaze at the birds on the water, the trees bending over the beautiful lake, and the reflections of the sun glimmering on the surface as you stroll around the easily accessible Family Forest Trail.

This circular route has benches along the way for you to relax and take in the views.

Cycling routes for all abilities

Looking for a bit more adventure? Pick up your hired bike from Hicks Lodge and hear the wind whispering through the trees along the five-mile off-road Shell Brook trail.

Or, if you're looking for something a little easier, master the specially built Wood Farm cycling trail first.
