Tiny feet, big adventures. Welcome to Parent & Toddler Sessions — a gentle, joy-filled space where little ones (ages 1–5) can bounce, play, and explore with their favourite grown-up right by their side.

Is there a weight limit at High Altitude?

Based on the trampoline manufacturer’s safety standards, the weight limit for an individual jumper is 17stone / 108kg. 

Can I bring my own food & drink to High Altitude?

Due to food health & safety, no self-catering is allowed at the venue. (Excludes birthday party cake.) Their Altitude Lounge offers an extensive great range of fresh hot and cold refreshments.

Is there an age limit at High Altitude?
  • Toddler sessions age 1-5
  • Under 10’s age 2-10
  • Freestyle 4 and above
  • * Please note- any under 4s will always require a paying adult.
Can I park at High Altitude Diss?

Yes, you can park at High Altitude in Diss. The venue provides on-site parking, including an overflow car park, with designated areas for higher vehicles.

What do I wear to High Altitude?

They recommend athletic clothing with some stretch. Preferably tracksuit bottoms and sports tops, girls/ladies should avoid wearing dresses without leggings and loose tops. Their socks with grip are compulsory for hygiene purposes and to avoid slipping. These are added to your admission fee the first time you visit and are then yours to keep to be used again at all subsequent visits. There are no changing rooms on site.
