How to find us

By car: 

The Hinch Distillery is on the main road leading from Belfast to Newcastle (Mountains of Mourne), approximately 20 – 30 minutes from Belfast's City Centre (depending on traffic). 

By bus: 

If travelling from Belfast, you can get an Ulster Bus from Adelaide Street, number 520, approximately 30 minutes – there is a bus stop on the main road opposite the Distillery.

How long are Hinch Distillery tours?

The whiskey tour lasts approximately an hour, including tasting, and the gin tour lasts approximately an hour and 30 minutes, including tasting.

Are children allowed at the Hinch Distillery tour?

Yes, children are welcome to accompany you on the tour. Children under 18 years old are offered a soft drink during the whiskey-tasting. 

However, the Hinch Gin School Experience can only be booked for adults aged 18+. 

Can I still go on the Hinch Distillery tour if I do not drink alcohol?

Yes, there is a range of soft drinks to any adult non-whiskey drinkers as an alternative. 

Am I allowed to take pictures and videos at the Hinch Distillery tour?

Yes, you are encouraged to take pictures and videos of your visit to Hinch Distillery. 

Is Hinch Distillery wheelchair-accessible?

Yes, there are lifts in the building which gives access to all stages of each tour.
