How to find us

By car:

Hobbledown Heath is located on Staines Road. Use postcode TW14 0HH to navigate your way to us via Google Maps, Waze or Satnav - the turning for the car park is opposite Ron Smith Recycling.

Car parking is available on-site. The car park is managed by a separate company, and pay stations can be accessed within the car park. Parking costs £1 per hour. Free drop-off and pick-up are allowed provided this is done within 30 minutes. Please see individual machines for more details. 

There is space for over 600 vehicles, as well as 35 charging points for electric cars.

By train:

The nearest tube station is Hounslow Central which is on the Piccadilly line - 23 minutes journey time from Hammersmith.

The nearest train stations are Feltham and Hounslow.

By bus:

The 117 & 235 buses stop outside Hobbledown Heath. You can see a map of all the different bus routes in the area here:

By bike:

If you are lucky enough to live near Hobbledown Heath, why not come by bike? It's environmentally friendly, and you can use one of the many local cycle routes to help you get here. Don't forget to bring your own padlock!

Is Christmas at Hobbledown Heath wheelchair accessible?

This Christmas experience makes full use of the Hobbledown areas, there will be gravel and wood chip pathways throughout the experience and uneven surfaces present. 

  • It also features flashing lights and special effects during the experience.
  • Pushchairs: The route is suitable for pushchairs, however please bare in mind the uneven surfaces.
  • Accessibility: If any member of a guest’s group has accessibility requirements, they must inform the team at least 48 hours before their visit by email, by knowing in advance we can ensure the best possible experience.
What are the ticket types for Santa's Grotto at Hobbledown Heath?

This festive season, you can choose from two unforgettable experiences; the Santa’s Grotto and Toddler Santa Experience.

  • The ticket types for the Santa's Grotto are Santa's Grotto Adult Admission, Santa's Grotto Child Admission Age 1-12 years old, Santa's Grotto Under 1's Admission & Under 1's Non-participating ticket.
  • The ticket type for the Toddler Santa Experience is one ticket for 1 Toddler (under 5) and one adult admission.
  • Add-ons are available to purchase Additional Toddler tickets, Additional Adult tickets, and Under 2 - Non participating tickets.
What's included in Santa's Grotto tickets?

Your Santa's Grotto ticket includes full admission to Hobbledown Heath. You are welcome to arrive any time after opening to explore the park; however, please be at the Grotto area promptly for the time you selected during the booking process.

Is there food and drink available at Christmas at Hobbledown Heath?

The Hobnosh Bar is open throughout the day, offering a variety of tasty meals and snacks. 

Where is the Santa's Grotto entrance at Hobbledown Heath?

The Santa Experience has its own dedicated entrance, located just a short walk from the main entrance of Hobbledown. Please follow the signposts and arrive promptly at the time you selected during the booking process.

  • Important: You will not be able to access the Grotto entrance from inside the Hobbledown grounds. To visit Santa grotto, you must exit Hobbledown and use the Grotto entrance.
