Please note: Horror Mania is a pre-booked event. Your ticket secures admission on your chosen date and allows you to join the queue during the time band booked.
- Horror Mania admission: Entry to the interactive horror experience, including the live-action maze, theatrical sets, scare actors, sound effects and lighting effects.
- Fast Track Ticket: Skip-the-line and get fast-track access to your favourite fears!
- Timed entry: Arrive at any point within the time band shown on your ticket. During busy periods, there may be a wait before you enter the maze.
- Group experience: Visitors usually enter in groups of around 6-8 people. Smaller parties may be joined with other visitors and larger parties may be divided.
*Booking fees, food, drinks and merchandise are an additional charge. Tickets are non-refundable and booked time bands cannot be changed.

- Sound & Lighting Effects: Intense audio, dramatic lighting, strobe effects, artificial fog and darkness build the tension throughout the route.

- The attraction includes intense audio, strobe lighting, artificial fog, darkness and extreme low visibility
- The route may include uneven or muddy ground, damp conditions and changing temperatures
- Horror Mania is not suitable for wheelchair users or visitors with limited mobility
- Visitors should not participate if pregnant or affected by claustrophobia, seizures, heart conditions or respiratory conditions
- Visitors using crutches or wearing a temporary cast or medical brace may be refused admission for safety reasons
- Wear sturdy footwear and outdoor clothing suitable for the weather
- Running and touching the actors, props or exhibits are strictly prohibited
