Please arrive just a few minutes before the start of your session. Please do not arrive too early as the team must allow previous customers time to leave and refuelling to take place.
Late arrivals will not be able to join the group once the briefing has commenced.
This is weather dependent. During milder weather the team recommend a wetsuit (your own or we have available to use should you need).
You may prefer to wear a windproof jacket and some shorts/leggings. During warmer weather shorts and t-shirts are fine. The team suggest an old pair of trainers or beach shoes for wearing on your feet but barefoot is absolutely fine.
