More Info
Is Jukebox Festival wheelchair accessible?

Jukebox Festival welcomes disabled guests and takes reasonable steps to support accessibility across the event. The festival is held on a rugby club field, meaning the ground, car park and surrounding areas are on grass and may be uneven, which could make navigation more challenging for wheelchair users. Where possible, flatter routes are planned to improve accessibility throughout the site.

Accessible toilets are available within the festival arena and other on-site areas; however, accessible shower facilities are not provided.

Disabled guests may be able to access closer parking and be located nearer to the main arena, but this must be arranged in advance and is subject to availability. Guests who require these facilities are advised to contact the event organisers prior to arrival, as access cannot be guaranteed on the day if capacity has been reached.

Free carer tickets are available for guests who require assistance. Applications must be made in advance by contacting the team here.
