From March 29th, you're invited to meet Knowsley's brand new, bear-y cute pair of Andean Bears! The species that inspired Paddington Bear has two friends moving to Knowsley!

• Found primarily in South America's Peruvian and Bolivian forests, the bears have only 2,500 remaining, but the passionate team at Knowsley are dedicated to ensuring the bear's survival at one of the best wildlife experiences in Merseyside.
• Chui and Bahia are both 13 - Identify them by their size difference! Andean female, Bahia, weighs a modest 69kg, whereas her male breeding partner, Chui, weighs a humungous 140kg!
• Bear Country will have a viewing window positioned directly in front of the bear's climbing platform.
