How to find us

By car:

The nearest car park to LEGOLAND® Discovery Centre Birmingham is the Arena Birmingham, Sheepcote Street (South Car Park) or St Vincent Street (West Car Park), Birmingham, B1 2AA, which are approximately 60m from LEGOLAND® Discovery Centre Birmingham.

There are also Q Park Brindley Place, approximately 250m from LEGOLAND® Discovery Centre Birmingham and it involves using the bridges to cross the canals.

By tram: 

LEGOLAND® Discovery Centre Birmingham is conveniently located just a four-minute walk from the Brindleyplace tram stop. 

There are Park & Ride stops located at:

  • The Hawthorns
  • Wednesbury Parkway
  • Black Lake
  • Priestfield
  • Bradley Lane

By train:

The nearest stations are Birmingham New Street and Birmingham Moor Street, located a fifteen minute walk away.

West Midlands Railway offers a frequent service from locations across the Midlands including Wolverhampton, Hereford, and Stratford to Birmingham's New Street and Moor Street stations. London Northwestern Railway connects Birmingham to major cities and towns including London, Coventry and Crewe.

By bus: 

Buses 1, 8A, 8C stop on Five Ways Island. From there it is a five-minute walk down Broad Street to the canal crossing before the Arena.

Buses 9, 22, 23, 24, 29, 120, 126, 127, 128, 129, 140, 141 stop on Brindleyplace, Broad Street which is just a couple of minutes away from LEGOLAND® Discovery Centre Birmingham.

Buses 82, 87, 89, 101 stop at the Sandpits. The Centre is located directly on the other side of the road.

Can adults visit the LEGOLAND® Discovery Centre in Birmingham without children?

LEGOLAND® Discovery Centre Birmingham's primary objective is to provide a safe and fun attraction for families with children aged 3-12 years to enjoy together. 

Therefore, in order to constantly maintain a quality experience in which to play, LEGOLAND® Discovery Centres around the world do not permit entry to any groups of adults, single adult and adult couples, who are not accompanied by a young child or children during standard hours.

Is LEGOLAND® Discovery Centre in Birmingham suitable for children?

Yes! LEGOLAND® Discovery Centre Birmingham is a world of colour, creativity and fun for children aged 3 to 10. There is a wealth of attractions, rides, 4D cinema and more. 

What can you do at LEGOLAND® Discovery Centre in Birmingham?

At LEGOLAND® Discovery Centre Birmingham there is a variety of things to do. From being wowed by the amazing Miniland, to sitting back and watching LEGO come to life in the 4D cinema experience.

You'll then be sent on a Kingdom Quest to help save the captured princess. If that isn't enough you can then use your imagination and create your very own LEGO racing car in LEGO Racers: Build & Test and compete against others!

Is the LEGOLAND® Discovery Centre in Birmingham accessible for visitors with disabilities?

The centre has been designed with the needs of disabled visitors in mind, and is accessible by wheelchair. 

Can you re-enter LEGOLAND® Discovery Centre in Birmingham after leaving?

Unfortunately, there is no re-entry into the centre once you have left the attraction.

Is there a cloakroom or lockers facility at LEGOLAND® Discovery Centre in Birmingham?

There are no lockers at LEGOLAND® Discovery Centre in Birmingham, however, there are storage boxes available. Please note that these are not lockable and therefore items are left at the owner's risk.

Only assistance dogs are allowed into the centre, however they cannot be left unattended.

Pushchairs and buggies are allowed into the centre. There is a Buggy Park available, however, please note items left are at the owner's risk.
