How to find us

By car: 

Please follow all the LEGOLAND® signs on the local roads as this will get you to the Resort quicker. Dependent on your direction of travel, please use one of the following routes:

  • M3 (Junction 3)
  • M25 Northbound (Clockwise) traffic should exit at Junction 13.
  • M4 (Junction 6) 

If you are using a Sat-Nav system to get to the Resort, please follow the local brown tourist information signs directing you to LEGOLAND® as some Sat-Nav systems may incorrectly direct you into a residential street.

By train: 

LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort is just half an hour away from London Paddington to Windsor & Eton Central, via Slough on Great Western Railway. Or direct from London Waterloo to Windsor & Eton Riverside on South West Trains. Approximate journey time from London Waterloo is less than one hour.

There is a shuttle bus service to the park from stops close to both rail stations; please note that this is a chargeable service and is not operated by the park. 

By bus:

Green Line 702 and 703 provide a half hourly service to central Windsor and Slough. Green Line 702 runs once an hour and continues to London Victoria, and Green Line 703, also hourly, continues to London Heathrow Terminal 5. Connections are also available to Bracknell and Reading.

By bike: 

Please follow the directions to LEGOLAND® Windsor using the signs which can be found on local roads.

What are the full terms & conditions for the Twice the Fun ticket?
  • Guests who purchase a valid "Twice the Fun" day ticket shall be entitled to one complimentary day ticket to an attraction of their choice. Subject to availability.
  • Offer is live until 23:59 GMT on 19 April 2026 ("Offer Period").
  • A specific "Twice the Fun" ticket must be purchased within the Offer Period in order to be eligible for this promotion.
  • To be eligible for this promotion, both visits must occur between 30 March 2026 and 15 May 2026, and both visits must be pre-booked with the relevant attraction.
  • Once a visit has occurred, the other linked ticket shall become non-refundable. Twice the Fun ticket offer is only available for tickets purchased online for Alton Towers Resort, LEGOLAND Windsor Resort, Chessington World of Adventures Resort and Thorpe Park.
  • Guests may choose to visit a different attraction on their second visit.
  • Tickets are non-transferable and both visits must be booked under the same name and attended by the same guests. Entry may be refused if the lead booker name does not match the name listed on the original booking.
  • Please keep the booking email from your first visit, as it may be required to verify your details for your second visit.
  • The lead booker may be required to provide proof of their identity on arrival to the attraction.
  • Guests under 90cm go free at Alton Towers Resort, LEGOLAND Windsor Resort and Chessington World of Adventures Resort. Guests under 120cm go free at Thorpe Park.
  • This promotion is not valid in conjunction with any other offer.
  • All ticket types are subject to attraction Terms and Conditions of Entry including ride, age and height restrictions.
  • Guests under 12 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over at Alton Towers Resort, Chessington World of Adventures Resort and Thorpe Park. Guests under 14 must be accompanied by an adult aged over 18 at LEGOLAND Windsor Resort.

How do I redeem my free Twice the Fun second attraction ticket?

Upon booking, you will receive a confirmation email with instructions on how to redeem your code for free tickets. 

What age is LEGOLAND® Windsor suitable for?

LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort has over 55 rides, shows and attractions designed for kids aged 3-12. 

How long should I spend at LEGOLAND® Windsor?

With so many rides, attractions and things to do and see, it is certainly worth allowing a full day at LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort! 

Can I bring my dog to LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort?

Dogs and animals of any nature are prohibited at LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort.

All assistance dogs and emotional support dogs are welcome to LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort.

Can I leave and re-enter LEGOLAND® Windsor on the same day?

If you wish to leave the park and return the same day at no charge, please ensure your hand is stamped at the entrance turnstiles. Failure to obtain a handstamp will result in you not being re-admitted. 

What age is LEGOLAND® Windsor suitable for?

Guests of all ages are welcome at LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort, so you are more than welcome to visit whether that be as a family or with friends. However, please note that guests under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18+. 

Is there a dress code at LEGOLAND® Windsor?

Guests must wear appropriate clothing (including a top and shoes) at all times whilst at the Resort.

If guests are wearing clothing that is indecent or likely to cause offence in any way, they will be refused entry or removed from the Resort without issuing a refund. Certain items of clothing may not be permitted on some rides for health and safety reasons.

What happens in the event of bad weather at LEGOLAND® Windsor?

LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort is predominately an outdoor attraction with many rides being outside. Some rides and attractions may close in cases of high winds, thunder or lightning due to health and safety.

Sun cream, umbrellas and rain ponchos are available from the retail stores.

LEGOLAND Windsor Resort regrets that refunds will not be issued due to inclement weather. 

Are there lockers available at LEGOLAND® Windsor?

Lockers are available on a first come first served basis and are located around the park. Lockers require a £1 coin to operate, which is non-refundable.

Can I leave and re-enter LEGOLAND® Windsor on the same day?
