The attraction is an immersive, multi-sensory walkthrough experience, so it is requested that you do not bring food and drink with you.
However, there are multiple refreshment venues located nearby.
Unfortunately due to the nature of the property, the site is unable to accommodate wheelchair users. The museum is built into four split-level floors, and movement between the floors is via multiple low-rise stairwells.
Mary Shelley's House of Frankenstein is not suitable for anyone under 15 years of age.
Anyone under 15 years of age must be accompanied by an adult aged 18+.
