Bursting with unusual artefacts, emotive soundtracks, bespoke smells and effects it also features rooms dedicated to popular culture, an intimate screening room showing the first ever Frankenstein film from 1910, a jaw dropping 8ft animated Creature, two themed Escape Rooms and, for the braver visitor, a creepy walkthrough experience in the basement.

  • General Admission: Enjoy entry to Victor's Lair Escape Room and the House of Frankenstein.
  • This ticket includes entry to the House of Frankenstein.
  • This attraction is suitable for families and friends in groups of two to seven persons.
  • Be advised that Victor's Lair is a dark disorientating area with some confined spaces. Audio, SFX and flashing lighting are used throughout.

After a long lifetime trying to solve the most mind-boggling questions, Victor Frankenstein's miserable attic quarters are left strewn with insane equations, strange artefacts and miscellaneous body parts. 

Victor Frankenstein is so close to unlocking the mysteries of life at Bath's House of Frankenstein, and he almost has everything he needs - he just needs a few key components to fulfil his maniacal requests. 

After successfully coercing you and your friends into his quarters, you start to see the previous promises of 'riches beyond your wildest dreams' fade into the blackness behind the door that Victor just slammed.

Then you realise it's not your friendship that Frankenstein desires, it's your vital organs...

  • Nearest Car Park: Charlotte Street, BA1 2NE - Around a five minute walk away.

Unfortunately due to the nature of the property, the site is unable to accommodate wheelchair users. The museum is built into four split-level floors, and movement between the floors is via multiple low-rise stairwells. 

The attraction is an immersive, multi-sensory walkthrough experience, so it is requested that you do not bring food and drink with you. 

However, there are multiple refreshment venues located nearby.
