Unfortunately due to the nature of the property, the site is unable to accommodate wheelchair users. The museum is built into four split-level floors, and movement between the floors is via multiple low-rise stairwells.
The attraction is an immersive, multi-sensory walkthrough experience, so it is requested that you do not bring food and drink with you.
However, there are multiple refreshment venues located nearby.
