Welcome to the Lady Victoria Colliery, home to the National Mining Museum of Scotland. Originally opened in 1895 as Scotland's first super-pit, the site ceased production in 1981 and now serves as one of the best-preserved Victorian Collieries in Europe, with experiences, activities and tours suitable for all ages:
