Access via Transport:

  • On foot: The walking route from Selby Road towards Temple Newsam takes around 25-30 minutes. Please ensure you are safe and careful, as there are a lack of established pavements on the majority of this route.
  • Parking: Car parking must be booked in advance.
  • By Train: Cross Gates Station is approximately 35-40 minutes walk away.
  • By Bus: You can board the number 19 and 40 for buses that stop closest to Temple Newsam. There is a short walk afterwards.
