What will I find at RHS Garden Hyde Hall?

You will find so much to see and do at RHS Garden Hyde Hall. Here are some (but not all) of the beautiful things you will find at this garden attraction:

Global Growth Vegetable Garden - this garden is set out in a circular design to represent the globe, and split into four quarters to showcase plants of different origin: Europe and the Middle East, Asia, North and Central America, and South America. Produce from this garden is showcased in Hyde Hall's very own restaurant so be sure to stop by and sample some of the goods!

Woodland Garden - in spring, Woodland Garden is a tapestry of pink, red, mauve and white courtesy of camellias, rhododendrons and magnolias

Sky Meadow - Take in the breath-taking views at Sky Meadow. In time, Sky Meadow will become a visual and sensual experience that peaks from May to August, superseded by glorious autumnal colours and textures

Reservoir and Bird Hide - If you're looking for a peaceful place to take in Hyde Hall's surroundings and native wildlife, make your way to the Bird Hide and become one with nature in this calming and quiet blue space.

Wildwood - The Wildwood offers stunning woodland walks through a rural landscape, immersing you in a thriving naturalistic environment bursting with wildlife!

Why we love visiting garden attractions...

The great thing about gardens is, you never step in the same garden twice.

The natural world around us constantly changing, particularly in climates like we have in the UK where our seasons play a huge role.

Step into a garden in spring and you'll see new life all around you, bursting with fresh new bulbs and flowers. Come summer, it's time to wholly enjoy the garden environment, ablaze with colour and abuzz with wildlife! Then suddenly it's autumn, and we see the leaves begin to turn their ruddy reds and oranges in one final dazzling display before winter creeps in with Jack Frost in tow, turning the garden into an icy wonderland.

And this seasonal story is told so well at RHS Garden Hyde Hall in Essex.
